By accessing or using FaceTrace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FaceTrace provides face search, image rights monitoring, and AI image detection tools, including reverse image search, match tracking, evidence collection, takedown assistance, and AI-generated image analysis. The Service uses perceptual hashing and third-party APIs for image matching.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. You must only upload images that you own or have rights to monitor.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the Service for unauthorized surveillance or harassment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to protecting your own image rights. Prohibited uses include: monitoring images you do not own, harassment, stalking, or any use that violates applicable privacy laws.

6. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered at $3/month with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

7. AI Detection Tool

The AI Image Detection tool is provided for informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on automated analysis and should not be treated as definitive proof. FaceTrace makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI detection results. Free users receive 2 scans per day; subscribers receive unlimited scans.

8. Data Processing

We process images using perceptual hashing and third-party APIs. Images are sent to third-party search APIs only when you initiate a search or analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

FaceTrace provides tools to assist with image rights monitoring and AI detection but does not guarantee the completeness of search results, the accuracy of AI detection, or the success of takedown requests. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
