Purpose
FaceTrace is designed to help copyright holders and content creators monitor and protect their image rights, and to provide AI image detection tools. This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses.
Acceptable Uses
- Monitoring images you own or have copyright to
- Tracking unauthorized use of your photographs or artwork
- Collecting evidence for copyright enforcement
- Generating DMCA takedown notices for your own copyrighted images
- Monitoring your brand assets and product images
- Using the AI Detection tool to verify image authenticity
Prohibited Uses
- Uploading images of other people for surveillance purposes
- Using the service to stalk, harass, or intimidate individuals
- Monitoring images you do not own or have rights to
- Filing fraudulent DMCA notices
- Using AI detection results to defame or falsely accuse others
- Any use that violates applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service
- Reselling access or creating derivative services
Image Requirements
- You must own or have legal authority to monitor any uploaded image
- Do not upload images containing illegal content
- Do not upload images solely for the purpose of identifying individuals
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to review uploaded images and usage patterns for compliance. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to appropriate authorities.
